This policy explains what personal information YRH.ai collects when you visit this website or buy an eSIM, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing country and the plans you buy.
- Payment: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: what you write to us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, kept in server logs and in cookies that make the cart and checkout work.
How we use it
- To take payment, issue your eSIM and send it to you by email.
- To answer your questions and help you install your eSIM.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send you news and offers, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed to run the store: our hosting provider, our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), our email delivery service and our eSIM provider, which receives an order reference to issue your eSIM. We do not sell your personal information.
Referral links
If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, a cookie remembers the partner code for 30 days so the sale can be credited to them. It contains no personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. If you live in the European Economic Area or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
