Questions before you travel
When will I receive my eSIM?
After your payment is confirmed, your eSIM is prepared automatically and sent to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Is my phone compatible?
Your phone must support eSIM and be network-unlocked. Most recent iPhones, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other newer Android phones do. Check your phone settings or your manufacturer's website if you are not sure.
How do I install it?
Open the email on your phone while you are on Wi-Fi and follow the install link. When you arrive, set the eSIM as your data line and turn on data roaming for it. The install guide has the steps for iPhone and Android.
Can I keep my normal number?
Yes. On dual-SIM phones you can keep your main SIM for calls and texts while the eSIM provides mobile data.
Will my WhatsApp number change?
No. WhatsApp keeps your usual number. The eSIM only carries your internet data, so your chats, contacts and number stay the same.
Will I still get bank codes by SMS?
Yes, if you leave your normal SIM switched on. Keep it on for calls and texts, and set the eSIM as your data line. Turn data roaming off on your normal SIM so your home carrier does not charge you.
What if it does not work?
Message us on WhatsApp. If we cannot get it working, we refund you in full to your original payment method. See the refund policy for the details.
Do plans include calls or SMS?
Our plans are data-only unless a plan page says otherwise. You can still call and message with apps such as WhatsApp.
Can I top up my eSIM?
Top-up availability depends on the plan and is shown on the plan page.
